Even in the office setting, put all the phones on silent, boss can have a really nice catered lunch get a few massage therapists to set up massage chairs, reflexologists even manicurists (for men and women), or off-site for each team member to get a set $ credit at a luxury ski or other resort that includes something for all types of personalities (those who want adventure, the spa goers, the foodies, the drinkers etc.) so they can plan in advance what kind of day they want and how the plan to spend their voucher. Provide transportation to/from.
